Pros

None that I can think of... I was hopeful this would be a great opportunity to step into the field and help customers but unfortunately that was far from the case.

Cons

- high turnover with both management and account managers - very little support and training - no meaningful strategy - disconnected teams and leadership - impossible to hit OTE due to dwindling customer base - NO sales team in areas to help grow pipeline

Pros

Great technology with AI. Lots of Data to work with so can definitely come up with innovative solutions. Work was exciting.

Cons

Some older code platforms that need to be re-written. Need more collaboration between groups.
