Pros
the people that you come in contact with at the OPCO's, along with your co-workers
Cons
hypocrisy of management, salaries, poor communication from management, lack of educational opportunities, no opportunity for growth; it's not what you know that will get you ahead at Sonepar, it's who you know

Thank you for your feedback. At Sonepar USA, we pride ourselves on the tight-knit community of our associates, and I am glad to hear that you are enjoying working with associates in the corporate office and at our businesses. Furthermore, we believe that talent development is important for the growth of our associates and our organization. We have many different formal and informal training opportunities. Our Training EDU platform allows associates to further educate and develop their skills through online courses, available 24/7. These opportunities are available to you without having to put forth a formal request to take them especially on your own time if you choose to do so. If you would like to discuss your concerns in compensation, communication and management, you are welcome to reach out to our SVP of HR, Janine McManus. To learn more about our development opportunities and Training EDU, I encourage you to reach out to our Director of Learning and Development, Jim Duran.
The people are amazing! I love working with my team for the most part.
Cons
Accounting has to do a lot of the cash analyst job and it puts everyone behind.

Thank you for the five-star review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoy working with your team. We do understand that challenges can arise when there is a vacancy on the team. While we aim to fill positions quickly, we also want to ensure we have the right people in the role. Thank you again for your feedback as your input is very valuable.
Excellent team with strong collaboration. Immense support for skill development, including training, certifications, and mentorship. A great place to build your cybersecurity career.
Cons
Pay raises tend to be small and can stagnate after a few years — compensation often falls behind market rates.
