Pros

Very focused on what they want you to think the company is like. The talk a LOT about culture and values. It looks real good on a poster!

Cons

Finding out what the company is really like A Culture of no pay raise, value for your work, haha

the people that you come in contact with at the OPCO's, along with your co-workers

Cons

hypocrisy of management, salaries, poor communication from management, lack of educational opportunities, no opportunity for growth; it's not what you know that will get you ahead at Sonepar, it's who you know

Pros

Teams are not micromanaged, flexible hours, fun work environment, good corporate culture.

Cons

The pay is average, raises- just like @McDonalds, no bonuses, no room for advancement.
