As an organization still very much in the entrepreneurial phase, prospective employees need to consider how much structure they need or are used to. While I personally thrive in less structured, more agile environments, it's not for everyone. We often have to roll up our sleeves and get work done that other, larger, companies often have big teams to assist with. But you have to like owning what you do every day, and knowing that your personal contributions are making a real difference every day.
Time zone challenges, too, sometimes are tough to manage.
