Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate you have a negative impression of Stefanini. While it isn’t possible to respond to all of your claims in this space, there are a few Stefanini would like to address.
Stefanini has been fluid throughout the pandemic. There are continuous discussions surrounding the use of Stefanini’s Southfield building, but no firm plans to return have been made at this time. The safety of employees is our top priority.
The employee engagement survey is 100% anonymous to Stefanini. We do encourage our employees to fill out the survey so we can get accurate feedback, but it is not mandatory. The survey results show many things, with the main goal on how we, Stefanini, can improve the employee experience. Total rewards (i.e. pay, benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, etc.) is a topic that continues to be reviewed, but certainly not ignored.
We take things that are questionable very seriously. We have an open door policy that allows any employee to reach out to senior leadership or People & Culture to bring forward their concerns.
