      Pros

      None, it is an unbearable place to work. This is in reference to the Warrenville, IL office.

      Cons

      The turnover throughout the company is unbelievable, especially in the finance/accounting team. Management are not role models. Very disorganized assignments, fire-drills, and requests lead to useless long hours. Management will throw you under the bus to advance their career. You are set up to fail. Very hard to respect management, especially in finance.

      Pros

      Very people-focused, nation express will take care of you so long as you yourself are competent and can get your own work accomplished. Naturally, there are restocked and team members available to assist.

      Cons

      You have to be able to be independent, if you thrive in a situation where you are always told what to do this may not be a good fit.
