Cons
Similar to any privately funded organization. - Sometimes limited financially in their ability to compete with their larger public competitors. (Speculative Development, Ancillary Features, Pricing, etc.) - Primarily in 2nd tier markets (except Dallas) - "Small, Simple, & Safe" can sometimes be perceived as "vanilla" (which is far from the truth)
