      Pros

      TCC has an amazing culture and is the reason I now get up excited to go to work everyday. The pay is great and the extra bonuses just take it to the next level. The work life balance is so accommodating and alleviates the stress I had in previous careers. I also LOVE how much we give back to the community through events and grants. I have been with TCC for about a year and I love that I have a pathway to promote and countless other available roles I could move into. I would not change a thing!

      Pros

      Compensation is very good. Plenty of opportunity to earn. Dress code is very relaxed. Awesome engagement with community through charitable programs and grants. Yearly profit sharing is an amazing bonus. Medical, dental and vision benefits are decent. 401k matching is nice. Very accommodating to religious needs. Ability to meet so many incredible people from all walks of life. Contests are fun and rewarding especially during holidays. Vendor incentives and rewards are also very fun.

      Cons

      Communication window on changes is often very slim to non existent at times. No paid Holidays. No unpaid time off. Scheduling in general can be a bit of a mess. Hard to plan life around. Work life balance isn't terrible but could be improved. Overtime highly discouraged.
