Working for TCC Verizon has truly been a blessing in my career. I’ve been with the company since 12/21/20, and what keeps me here is the environment. TCC has a family-oriented culture where you can genuinely be yourself. They accept you for who you are from day one. It’s rare to find a company that values authenticity this much, and it makes coming to work enjoyable. I also have to highlight the leadership. My District Manager, Regional Manager, and VP have all been incredibly supportive. They listen, they coach, and they genuinely care about their teams. Having leadership that believes in you makes all the difference. The pay is another huge plus. TCC offers great commission opportunities, monthly bonuses, and strong spiffs. If you’re a go-getter and love sales, the earning potential truly is unlimited. You earn based on your effort, which motivates me every day. Cons
Some months are slower than others —commission can fluctuate. Public interaction can be a pro and a con depending on the day. Holiday seasons get busy (fun, but definitely hectic!). Sales expectations can feel high during slower traffic times. Overall, TCC Verizon is a great place to work if you’re driven, people-focused, and want a company that embraces individuality. The culture, leadership, and pay make it stand out in wireless retail. Even with the ups and downs of monthly traffic, I wouldn’t trade the experience. I’ve grown here both personally and professionally, and I’m proud to be part of a company that feels like home.
