Pros
Not a one. Worst experience I've ever had with any company I've ever worked for. There is no Culture of Good. It's a joke. Scott Moorehead is a disaster waiting to happen. Culture of Good and their non profit TCC gives is all a way to save face for being the shady heartless outfit it has become.
Cons
Minimum standards across the board? No way. These people do what they want, to whom they want, whenever they want. I have worked here over 3 years, worked in 7 different locations, managed 4 of them and was unceremoniously let go today. I have a great track record, left and rehired twice, promoted again the second time back and was let go today for missing one out of 6 minimum standards. I missed it trying to assure that a single mom with three kids didn't lose her job before Christmas and so my 4 employees were safe. With 2 days to go I dropped just under the bar for GP per customer trying to keep two people above the mark. Is that my problem? NO! My problem is that another manager in the region who lost all her people to minimum standards and herself failed to hit minimum standards was kept even after falling short. Lies and inconsistency, that's what you get at TCC. It is a character and integrity issue of which they have none, and it starts with the CEO. They have no clear definition of who they are or what they stand for any longer. So let me spell it out for you...EGO. Moorehead has a God complex as I remember back to a previous sales rally where he stood on stage asking all these young impressionable managers, "Do you believe TCC can give you life?" No sir, TCC gave me a paycheck, but never life and it certainly was never going to be my life. In fact, you are now sucking the life out of your employees for your own GREED. You and your cronies are money grubbing, backstabbing, underhanded cretans who don't deserve hardworking honest men like myself. You did me a favor. Here's to watching from the outside the implosion of a once solid company gone dirty.
