Pros

You’re wasting your time here. In the interview they will tell you that you can level up quickly but what they don’t tell you is there must be a spot for that so someone has to leave good luck on that. This place was a waste of my time they will lie just to keep you there. They expect you to be at work even on the worst weather conditions if you don’t show they will write you up even when you never missed days for the whole yr. Also the townhall meeting for tgw there always broke that there always losing money and have to do budget cuts.

Cons

You will never move to the next lvl till someone quits. McDonalds pays more even there manager will tell you that.Raises forget about those they replaced it with a merit raise you won’t get that either no matter how hard you work. If you ask for a raise the reply is it’s out of my hands if you put your 2 weeks they will promise you a lvl up just to keep you there they will not put it writing and just play the game of he has the paperwork which they will never show you. Management always blames urban contract to not pay you more and says they will try to make it better next yr again it’s just a way to not give you a raise

Pros

The biggest reason I would join again is that the company is currently growing fast and there is lots of room for you to grow into whatever role and job type you want. If you are a recent grad most positions at this company would be ideal to get your foot in the door and become the kind of engineer you want. People at the company are friendly and helpful creating a relaxed work environment despite the overwhelming amount of things to do. Everybody is willing to step in and help at a moments notice. Management also is more in touch with what is actually happening than many places I have worked, which helps.

Cons

The pay is somewhat less than elsewhere in the industry, Depending on the position there may be lots of travel, which tends to wear people out after a few years.

Pros

Initial projects were engaging and provided the opportunity to build a strong portfolio. The department is small, and the environment was supportive for the first several months.

Cons

Was suddenly held to the same high-pressure timelines and expectations as a senior-level designer, with little room for a learning curve. The culture can shift quickly from supportive to hostile under pressure, especially when mistakes are made. There is a lack of structured mentorship for junior talent; feedback is often inconsistent. Communication from management can be misleading; verbal reassurances about job security and performance status are not always consistent with the formal actions that follow. The company uses formal HR processes like a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for interns, which is inappropriate for a learning role and creates an incredibly stressful environment. Valid concerns about workload and process can be dismissed and officially labeled as "poor attitude".
