Pros
TIGHITCO values all employee inputs and contributions. During the 10 years I've spent with the company, I have had a chance to make a difference in both the companies strategic objectives and growth, but more importantly our employees development. I have made life long friends while working at TIGHITCO continue to enjoy the long professional relationships we have built.
Cons
The current employment market has made retention a challenge but the health of the business is very strong.
