Pros
I truly love the atmosphere of crossfunctional work, collaboration, and support. I love my role and although I'm unsure if I want to stay in this field/career path, I am confident that should I pivot, Tactacam would be the copany that would provide me the opportunity to do so. They are very supportive in that regard and as the company keeps growing, I feel that internal opportunties continue to grow as well.
Cons
None. Seriously. I know that the consumer base is geared towards hunters, which can lead one to assume the employees are more conservative or something like that. But I have no had that experience. The employees come from many different spaces and the culture is inclusive.
