Pros

Get to work with nice people you are hired with, then current employees falsify friendship to keep you motivated to keep working.

Cons

It is a scam to get you in for the hunting season and then turn around and fire you right when benefits are about to start and when you are eligible for a bonus. Their statistic system does not calculate at all and makes no logical sense, which does not matter anyway you still will be let go. This is all planned by an evil organization to line their pockets with profits. If you do not like to be homeless this job is not for you.

Pros

Get to work at the home of course using all office products purchased by you.

Cons

Cult-like environment, broken promises, broken dreams, older managers extra friendly with younger employees, no management, a joke from their products to their employment.

Pros

They really encourage a lot of hype in their culture and that does make it a enjoyable atmosphere especially if you are an extroverted personality type.

Cons

Currently promotions seem to be more heavily driven by personality than by actual qualifications which can create a lot of friction, it seems like this was not always the case but has been for the lest few years. The culture makes it seem like you can get anywhere with hard work but it quickly becomes evident that advancement past CSR stops if you are not in the proper clique and that you can be dropped from the clique for minor offenses. Still feels like a start up. The founders are wonderful and have a great vision/culture that they setup but they are no longer a part of the daily grind as the company has grown, so you get one type of direction and feeling from their interactions via their state of the union addresses and then see another in practice due to the company becoming more corporate. It creates a lot of confusion for low level employees trying to figure out their place in the company.
