Pros

- Great starting position - Ability to make life long friends with the amount of free time - You are able to connect with individuals

Cons

- Be prepared to see random layoffs from individuals who were your mentors - Management is very secretive and isn't open about a lot of things. - Management tends to beat around the bush instead of telling things straight up - Not much room for movement in the company - Pay is OK

Cons

Working at Taylor Corporation was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. Very poor management that lacks communication. I witnessed favoritism being shown outwardly that contributed to a weak workplace culture. Leadership is disconnected. My concerns were ignored. They have a high turnover and I feel its due to lack of structure and inconsistency when it comes to management decisions. Managers frequently changed policies and expectations to the point it felt unrealistic. I felt undervalued, underpaid, with limited opportunities for career growth. I experienced leadership speaking negatively about employees which lowered morale.
