Training is minimal, management often ignores requests for help, and HR may schedule meetings that appear to address concerns—but these meetings have been used to terminate employees without explanation. Layoffs can happen suddenly, even to long-tenured or higher-paid employees. If you need guidance, support, or mentorship, this is not the right company. Independence and resilience are essential.
