      Pros

      You can write your own lessons as long as they follow the pre-set theme. Prestige and recognition to clients.

      Cons

      Teacher contracts make employees feel "trapped" and management does not value their employees. The owner blatantly proclaimed that "none of you will ever get real teaching jobs but if you insist on leaving remember you are easily replaceable" and then became frustrated when more than half the staff up and quit. Teachers get burned out quickly.

      Cons

      My advice: do not work here. They do not value their employees whatsoever. You are just a body. The office/management does nothing but sit in the office while their employees are miserable all day. I had a death in my family and they did not care. You will work long hours, incredibly low pay, and no support from the higher ups. Management needs to go.
