Pros
I'm so grateful to have joined this company. They’re genuinely striving to make a positive difference in the staffing industry, setting a new standard that feels inspiring. From leadership on down, there’s a shared commitment to building a stronger team and organization. There’s a real drive in our department to continuously improve our skills and approach. Being an employee-owned company, Onin puts significant effort into fostering a sense of ownership for everyone. I feel genuinely supported by my leader, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into equipping our team with the tools and resources needed for success.
Cons
Field leadership can be somewhat inconsistent, with varying levels of support provided by different leaders. Staffing will always have its challenges and fluctuations—there are times when the demands from those we serve come all at once, requiring immediate and intensive support.
