Strong collaboration and mission, - Practice Manager The Primary Health Network Employee Review

I have never worked for a better company then Primary Health Network! The company is very family oriented, they have a summer activity for families to participate in. The company gives yearly raises, Christmas bonus, and they send thing to the offices for the employees for employee appreciation week, and other times throughout the year. We have a yearly luncheon that the company pays for during the employee recognition day. I work with an amazing team at my office and at the other offices I occasionally travel to and help at. Dr Garrow and the administration team listen to my concerns, comments and suggestions from the employees.

Keeping up with salary standards in non-profit organizations is difficult, and would be the only con, however peace of mind in the workplace is priceless and certainly part of the compensation that is not outlined on paper.
