They have a large network of contracts across the country. They work quickly to find you a position and make things right if a contract falls through. I was given hiring bonuses to keep me afloat financially before my contract even started because my initial contract fell through. They have the option to spread your yearly pay across the summer and school holidays.

Benefits are kinda pricey, and coverage isn't the best. The retirement plans don't match contributions at all. There is a lot of stress in keeping a contract because a school district can decide at any time to stop using contractors for their district, which makes things very stressful.
