Cons
This company at one point was so great. Had so much potential. Even though it is not like your typical retail store where you have crazy Long lines and hours, because of how little Support we are given, the workload seems Immense. At any given time most stores have 1 or 2 associates per shift. Shelves have to be stocked, cleaned, organized. Customers have to be catered to. Thorough explanation of supplement benefits. "Sharing stories" "asking one more question" "suggesting one more item" also while ensuring a speedy checkout. While also answering phone calls in between customers, and don't forget watching out for shoplifters! It seems Like responsibilities are endless all While registers and computers aren't working efficiently. All these small tasks take up your entire day and leave no time for training and developing people. We barely have time to speak among eachother let alone train and coach.
