Pros
-Focus on health & wellness & making the customer their best self -Started out as a welcoming environment to learn with a great culture - so maybe they will find a way to reinstate this
Cons
-New dictator-like leadership in marketing and creative departments. Most of the cons below came about after VS fired or pushed out every leader in these departments. -EXTREMELY high turnover (both voluntary & involuntary). Every person I worked with has left or is looking to leave -Culture is lacking, to say the least. Very low morale across the organization -Micromanagement from C-level executives - A lot of scrambling/working late to accommodate last minute requests -New hiring left the org very top-heavy (a lot of talking heads in meetings) -Very difficult to get a promotion or acknowledgement, even if your direct supervisor believes you are deserving -Little room to take on new projects or responsibilities, specifically for mid-level and lower-level employees. Even if you are promoted, you will be doing the exact same work (speaking from my own experience and that of my colleagues') -Pay and titles are kept low
