- Training is almost non-existent. Therapists get placed with kid's on day one because they hold off so long to hire (to make more money). If a therapist is not an RBT, the training is completely online with nothing put in place to assure their quality except these very basic checklists which almost never get done.
- Another reason why they're less concerned about hiring is because if there are not enough therapists to cover the clients, the BCBA'S have to do the therapy without pay. They still bill insurance, but the hours do not count towards the BCBA's billable hour quota.
- Management will promise promotions, raises, procedure changes, and anything else they can to keep you happy in the moment, but they are empty promises with no intention of being delivered. This is a pattern across all employees, RBT's and BCBA's.
- The owner, and others at coorporate, are so focused on keeping families that have been with the company a long time happy, that they undermine the BCBA's decisions without consulting with them. This also creates an unfair baised towards those families over newer families coming on.
