Management Response: As a former employee, it’s puzzling that your perception differs so vastly from the current employees who frequently acknowledge the lengths our corporate team goes to “love on” them – both professionally AND personally! We’re certainly not perfect but based on employee satisfaction surveys (as well as being recognized by industry partners), we apparently do quite a remarkable job in promoting our family culture and values. Thrive Mortgage is unique in that we provide channels for voicing concerns and even have an entire Department committed to building relationships and finding win/win resolutions. Unfortunately, sometimes people and companies just aren’t the right fit for each other but we try to learn from each employee and appreciate feedback in order to continually strive for excellence.
