Pros
You get some nice clothes sometimes
Cons
Would not recommend working here. I was hired as a cashier but ended up doing everything — sales, stock, whatever they needed — with little to no support.
Scheduling was a mess. Shifts were posted last minute, requests were ignored, and it was normal to close at midnight and then be back opening at 9am the next day. Completely exhausting and unrealistic.
There were way too many managers for such a small store, yet somehow everything was still disorganized. Communication was poor, and employee input didn’t matter at all. You were expected to do things exactly their way, even when it made no sense.
On top of that, there were real concerns with safety and cleanliness that didn’t seem to be taken seriously.
I worked hard and consistently got positive feedback because I wanted to move into a visual merchandiser role, but it never went anywhere. It felt like growth opportunities weren’t actually real.
Overall, stressful, poorly run, and not a place that values its employees.
