Good management comes and goes as it does in any restaurant. It's part of the industry but still of course a con. Management can make or break the job a lot of the time.

Too many managers trying to micro manage. Bartending here sucks as you’re basically a service bartender. Anytime someone comes to the bar, you have to send them back to order from their bayhost. The drinks are cheater drinks, with the idea of making them easier to make quickly, but quality suffers. Good place for a green/beginner bartender. My advice is skip bartender and be a bay host. You’ll work less and make waaaay more because they put the gameplay ($20-$70/hr depending on day and time) on your food and beverage check and then people tip on the total.
