Pros
As a company, PTO time is available from the start (granted you hit your 90 day), and it makes it really flexible to plan ahead.
There are a ton of opportunities to shadow, and learn new roles as long as you speak up. Mentorship, and being able to use your voice is huge. It gives entry level people the ability to really establish themselves.
Cons
There is not enough movement on the ground in establishing new oss accounts so it can be difficult to advance in the region you are currently in if you are unable to move.
Overall, upper management in their regions have too much going on / on their plate. It is difficult to understand their vision because of infrequent comunication - lots of missed opportunities to delegate and have open communication to make the whole management team flow better.
