1. Honesty - They live their core values. Senior Management sees the long run of where the company is going and it trickles down. 2. Tenure - There are a lot of people that have been there 5+ and 10+ years and are always willing to help. 3. Knowledge - There are a lot of people around willing to jump in and help get things done. You are never on an island or a silo.

There aren't any real glaring cons to the company. Middle and Senior Management are very approachable. The growth trajectory offers some challenges as processes change, but the opportunities are worth it.

Management is always breathing down your neck and will blame you for their mistakes. Since everyone has been there for 10+ years, but nobody really gets promoted, you stay stuck in your title and salary for as long as you're working there. I started 7 years ago at $80k, now I am making $91k. The new salary posted for this job is $100k. When I ask for a raise I'm just told I don't have enough certifications. I've been getting certified for 4 years. Also only a $2.5k retirnement match, and 2 weeks vacation only.
