None. Absolutely none. Everyone i went to orientation with got screwed in some way since working for this company

They do not pay you the promised $300 for orientation until after they decide you are hired and work a full week with them. Lack of maintenance on trucks and fight with drivers about concerns that are big dot violations. A driver is was at orientation with was given a truck that had a cap separating on a tire. You could put your finger in the gap and he was told to just shut up and drive the truck. Another driver was ran to the end of his hours while driving a day cab and was told too bad deal with it when he didn't make it home. Also he had broke down with a hydraulic system failure and was told to just figure out how to limp it back to the yard. I was Stranded 6 hours from home over a weekend because nobody is in the office to answer phones and a trainer had canceled on me and I was never notified yet they still sent me to meet the trainer.
