Work Life Balance is encouraged here. You are expected to work 7.5 hours a day and are able to make your own hours. You are asked to come into the office 3 days a week but you can pick what days to come into the office. USI is very flexible. They provide continuing education, great work environment and everyone truly works as a team. Management cares about you here. They listen. They want you to be happy here. The Producers are all very professional, kind and great to work with. My co-workers are the best! Everyone is very welcoming and very friendly. We all help each other out. You never feel alone.
Cons
IT can have it's challenges. There are always updates which causes issues with some of the applications we use on a daily basis. This makes the day difficult when you have a full plate.
