Pros
Close to where I live. Brand new equipment Human Resources was very nice. Lots of opportunity for overtime. Company is here to stay no need to worry about getting outsourced.
Cons
Supervisor had a major chip on his shoulder from the time I got there until I left. He accused me first of being unsafe because a fork lift driver honked his horn at me. That is forklift driving 101 to honk so pedestrians know you are there. I have over 20 years experience working among forklifts accident free. I was told shifts longer than 12 hours was common.
