Very cheap when it comes to safety or employee happiness. Does not provide necessary equipment to do a task safely or correctly , citing cost as the sol reason. Almost no communication between management and employees. Excessive amounts of overtime none optional even when unnecessary. Management has almost no accountability, with everything is blamed on low level employees. Employees never receive the full training they need to do a task with trainers being given limited time to train other employees. Many of the trainers are unsafe and unprofessional themselves, only taking the job for the extra benefits. Has unrealistic expectations of there workers. Which in turn creates a unsafe environment to work in. Cant even provide employees with simple coffee!

Supervisor had a major chip on his shoulder from the time I got there until I left. He accused me first of being unsafe because a fork lift driver honked his horn at me. That is forklift driving 101 to honk so pedestrians know you are there. I have over 20 years experience working among forklifts accident free. I was told shifts longer than 12 hours was common.
