Regarding your concerns – we hear them and are continuously working to better improve our processes and how we work. Enhancing our communication methods internally would address much of the concerns you have named and is something we are diligently working toward. While we strive to make USAC a dynamic workplace with a fulfilling mission, it is also important to ensure our people have clear guidance and direction in how to execute on their specific programs (whether you are part of Schools and Libraries or any of our other programs) – making communicating internally more important than ever. We recognize this and are actively making strides to improve our communication methods among our teams and between the workforce and leadership.
