Pros
There's a lot of opportunity here, and it really is what you make of it. Tons of collaboration with immediate team members and with other groups in the company. Really good, smart people to work with.
Cons
Things move fast, so you have to be ready for that. But I don't think that's even a con. When something isn't working, we try to fix it. That's the best you can ask for in an employer.
