I have watched sever things happen at UCCU that were down right illegal, and had my spouse not been the kind peace keeper they are, I would have reported to both the state and to a private lawyer. From unfairly changing one employee compensation package because they made to much. To changing a persons job with out any warning or discussion, and then when approached said they would work it out, and just ignored it. On another occasion a VP of the company told a woman who asked for a raise that "your making enough for a woman your age in Utah county" the list goes on and on.
