      Good pay and benefits Easy to transfer locations if you move or to pick up extra shifts Opportunities to progress at any employment/education level Great local culture and talent

      Cons

      Corporate doesn’t really connect with the local clinics (can be a good thing too I suppose). When they do, it doesn’t seem genuine or like they know how individual hospitals operate or how the employees function on a day to day basis.
