Pros

The people... minus those who are c-suite

Cons

Really, VTS? Second round of huge layoffs in the span of 6 months and you're going to hop on Zoom and make jokes and laugh while the rest of us are traumatized and still processing yesterday's events? It's one thing to have to lay people off - It's commercial real estate and tech, it's to be expected at this point... but have at least an ounce of empathy. Execs are coming across as money-hungry monsters. It's disgusting and it's extremely hard to watch. We lost several of the most talented and valuable individuals and you just went straight into business mode - basically reading off a script and spewing some nonsense about profitable growth and the "black swan theory". It's all a bunch of BS. It's embarrassing and you should be embarrassed to call yourselves a company. You're losing the respect of your employees more and more each day. I BEG of you to just read these reviews - really read them, take them to heart, and learn from them. Your retention rate is almost as horrible as your Glassdoor reviews. To quote our almighty CEO, "maybe you should look inward" and ask yourself why that is.

Pros

One of the best parts about working here is the trust you’re given to get your work done in the way that works best for you. There’s no micromanaging or strict monitoring of when you come in or leave — it’s all about results. The office environment is comfortable and well-stocked with snacks. Overall, it’s a great balance of independence and support.

Cons

Things can move quickly, so you have to be comfortable adapting and keeping up with change

Pros

- Great work-life balance - You are surrounded by like-minded people who respect your professionalism and perspective on work-life balance. - The Company is currently going through huge transformation, so you will be joining at the right time; the worst part is over. - Tired of cut-throat, performance driven culture? great place to park yourself for few years for high cash comp and piece of mind. - If you are driven / want to make a change, your efforts will be highly valued here. - Great place for entry or mid-level as there will be ample opportunities for you to step up due to constant openings driven by high attrition and layoffs. If you line up well, you will have the fastest promotion tracks in your career. - Great place for people who can navigate corporate culture, read the room, and go with the "flow". your ability to ingratiate, perpetuate and be part of the core culture will be highly rewarded here. - Lots of exceptions, special one-time leeways are given stealthily and regularly. Just ask. - In short, the Company needs more driven, smart people to boost the performance. - You have a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to be part of great transformation and exit story.

Cons

- your experience and rewards may vary vastly depending on which department you join, but if you come in with the right mindset, that should not bother you - occasional (but periodic and predictable) layoffs. You will hear rumble and management does a good job of not hiding it
