Pros

The new hybrid schedule is amazing, you’ll rarely have to commute to the office. Work-life balance is great, I clock out at exactly 5 and no one is expecting you to stay later.

Cons

•Management is horrendous. Constant belittlement and mistreatment. Don’t ask for help but also don’t dare mess anything up! •The workload is unbearable most of the time with no end in sight. They’ll work you to the point of extreme burnout and when you ask (beg) for a break, they’ll adhere to that and pretend to care for like a week if you’re lucky. Then it’s back to the pit with you. It’s so unbearable that myself and a few colleagues have gone back to school when we originally hadn’t planned to do that. •Pay is low, 2-2.5% raises yearly, expensive benefits.

Remote work, nice direct supervisor

Terrible pay, they let the sales reps abuse you and they do nothing to change the culture of the sales reps.
