Smart colleagues at the ground level. Meaningful problems to solve if you can tune out the noise. The subject matter itself is somewhat interesting, and the operational talent buried in the organization is real.
Cons
Leadership is institutionally disconnected from how the work actually gets done. Incentives reward storytelling over problem-solving. Pivots arrive annually without memory of the last one. Compliance dressed up as analytical rigor.
