Pros

Friendly work environment, fully remote, very inclusive to the lower ranked employees, everyone is heard

Cons

Currently I have no con to list, but if I had a con it would be. . . I interviewed for this position where the pay range was different (higher), completed my second interview and was then told the position was placed on freeze/hold for internal reasons. 5 months later, I received a phone call informing me that they wanted to complete my final interview and they later offered me the position. I was told that the pay range had been lowered for the position and was non-negotiable. I accepted the job offer and pay but felt that my original offer should have been honored due to the freeze. . . Again no issue but just a thought.

Remote work and some good co-workers

Cons

Most leaders are textbook narcissists. They are incompetent when it comes to the industry they claim they serve. The culture is toxic and the CEO prefers people that tell her what she wants to hear rather than collaborating to improve the business performance and efficiency. Their product is outdated, their sales leaders and customer success leaders are disconnected from reality and have no clue how payments work. Buyer beware
