Pros

You will have amazing problem-solving skills because you will be responsible for everything with little help from corporate. They will completely abandon you when you need help or support with a bride or family member.

Cons

Everything about this job. The pay is ridiculous for the amount of work that they expect you to put in. They are expecting you to work from home, on your off days, late into the evening, and at the drop of a hat for NO EXTRA INCOME. No overtime, no time and a half for holidays, nothing. They keep piling on the work with no recognition to their workers. They don't check in on venue teams either, they have no concern for their employees mental health. When you express any concern, you are scolded for not being a team player. I was working 60+ hours a week and was unable to pay bills from month to month. Probably the worst job I've ever had. They pray on college graduates and make it seem like the job is going to be an amazing opportunity, but they fail to live up to the expectations.

Our pay rates are competitive within in the industry and are reviewed annually. Extra effort made by team members is definitely noticed by others, including other team members, guests, and leadership. Our employee recognition program ensures that those who go above and beyond are recognized for their hard work and efforts.

Great management with reasonable expectations.

Cons

Due to nature of business and event schedules we do not get much preparation time for the week.
