Company actually offers decent medical coverage along with a yearly bonus and yearly pay raises to those who qualify

The pay is not where it should be in my opinion. I do feel that the work to pay ratio is off. I do believe a lot of the people here are underpaid for the amount of work they do, and with more years of experience, and being team leads, they get paid almost similar to new comers.
