      Pros

      Flexible schedule and plenty of hours.

      Cons

      Little to no training, equipment constantly breaking and not being repaired, no benefits, incompetent management, just no structure or discipline at all. People just do whatever they want.

      Pros

      The hiring process was easy and simple.

      Cons

      The equipment usually broke and there were never enough employees for rush hours that could go on for 5 hours or more.
