Pros

Overall my experience has been good with the company. They are miles ahead of a lot of the other management companies out there in terms of pay scale and benefits. But there is still so work to be done in the leadership roles.

Cons

It feels like leadership roles are filled by folks who have been around for a while rather than best fit.

Pros

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
