      Nice smart people. Especially legacy AppNexus team.

      Cons

      Letting senior Product and Eng leaders from AppNexus leave is not just bad for morale, it's dumb from a business perspective. Ad Tech isn't TV or phones, the details matter, and legacy AT&T people deciding direction do not understand those details.

      They've had the best onboarding i've ever experienced. They really built this role for anyone to succeed.
