      they really care about their employees, the pay is on par with the rest of the industry, and almost all the coworkers like, and treat each other well.

      Cons

      like most companies, higher level jobs are less available than lower level jobs. it could be a little challenging to move up the ladder.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
