1. Incredible people on the team 2. We operate well and there's a lot of collaboration for a nearly 100% virtual company 3. Customers want what we have to sell and we're doing it more honorably than any of our competitors

1. We can sometimes spread ourselves too thin 2. Sometimes we jump from project to project too quickly 3. Start up life isn't for everyone
