Pros

If you're a boomer this is the place for you. Anyone under 50 is considered young. The doctors are quite aged but not like fine wine. The left hand in this place has no idea what the right hand is up too. Oh yes and prepare yourself for everyday video calls. Awkward is an understatement. The cameras really should stay OFF.

Cons

If you take a look at most of the positive reviews they are at around the same date. The reason is that they asked employees to submit reviews about how much they love working there. SAD boomer behavior.

First and foremost, thank you for sharing your insights with us. Your feedback is extremely important to us as we will always strive for excellence in all aspects of our operations. We not only hold each employee accountable to showcase our core values of collaboration, professionalism, and respect, but also hold each member of our team to the highest standards of quality. In doing so, we take pride in being a physician-directed organization, enabling us to stand out and support our team members internally. The expertise, collaboration, and dedication from each of our team members, from physicians to coders, is paramount in delivering exceptional quality to our clients. Your feedback sheds light on areas where we can further refine some of processes and support systems including QA, and we are committed to addressing any concerns raised. We never want to hear that an employee feels they are being snitched on or picked on during a QA review, and have taken this feedback very seriously. Rest assured, we are actively exploring avenues for improvement based on your input. Another core value of Enjoin's is Empowerment. Regarding Glassdoor reviews, we understand that offering feedback is a choice that takes time and consideration. We introduced the option for employees to leave anonymous reviews to provide another avenue for their voices to be empowered and heard. The gift cards were simply a token of our appreciation for their time and effort, regardless of the sentiment expressed. Your willingness to share your experience is instrumental in our journey towards continuous improvement, and we are grateful for your contribution to this process.

Beware

Pros

Beware of many of the the good reviews here and other job sites. This company incentivizes good reviews by asking their employees to come and leave a good review for gift cards. SMH. This is a company that values providers over seasoned coders. They believe that their doctors are better prepared to code a chart. Lol.

Cons

Company built on snitching. Beware of QA and leads. They’re the data gatherers.
