Some good people work there.

Cons

Very minimalistic benefit package which you pay the largest percentage of. Lacks basic, normal coverages most employers offer. Very little care shown for employee well being. Company is all about increasing revenue so investors can reap the profits.

Pros

Great company with a ton of growth going on. The job is fast paced but it makes time go by quickly, there's voluntary overtime when I need to make more money I can just sign up and work more to pad my next check. Casual environment with a cool security aspect to it, sorta similar to a call center setup but the work is interesting. You watch security cameras and allow or deny visitors access to different communities. The supervisors are cool too. Overall I love my job and recommend it to my friends.

Cons

I can see it not being for everyone. You definitely need to be serious about working and focused on what you're doing. It's not a place where you can chill and get by.

The job is relatively okay & it always makes me feel good to make sure the residents/visitors enter the residences with a warm welcome.

Cons

The actual management is extremely poor. There is always problems with the stations, kiosks. There is no communication between staff and higher ups what so ever. Not a good place to work if you have family or medical issues, they do not care. You’re replaceable to them.
