Pros

- Good Healthcare - Work mission feels important (healthcare, your code saves lives) - The campus is pretty cool, and Madison is a gorgeous city (especially during the summer)

Cons

- Depending on the team and your manager, WLB could be non-existent - Dated technology (MUMPS) and wacky developer tools (very dated software management tools that are developed in house) - If you don't fit the ideal Epic mold, then your life will be miserable as they try to get you to hate your life enough to leave the job. They don't layoff people -- they make you quit.
